I've been drinking this smoothie practically consistently this week for lunch. The insane measure of spinach I have in the ice chest has been the primary inspiration. I detest watching produce go to squander—such misuse of cash.
Ingredients:
1/2 glass plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbs. nutty spread
2 bunches crisp spinach
3/4 glass milk
1/2 solidified banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
